Job Description:

1. Talent Strategy & Design:

- Develop and implement the organization's talent management strategy in alignment with business objectives.

- Create frameworks for high-potential identification, succession planning, and leadership development.

- Build future-ready capabilities for critical workforce segments.

2. Talent Processes & COE Excellence:

- Strengthen core Talent COE mandates, including competency frameworks, assessment architecture, and talent review processes.

- Ensure consistency and excellence in the execution of talent processes across the organization.

- Manage external partnerships for assessments and leadership development initiatives.

3. Leadership Development & Capability Building:

- Assess leadership and functional capability gaps and design integrated development journeys.

- Lead assessment centers, coaching programs, and leadership interventions.

- Foster a culture of continuous learning through blended learning methodologies.

4. Workforce Planning & Internal Mobility:

- Support strategic workforce planning by delivering talent insights and readiness analytics.

- Promote internal mobility through job rotations, critical experiences, and career pathways.

5. Talent Analytics & Insights:

- Develop and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and predictive talent models to inform leadership decisions.

- Leverage analytics to identify talent risks, leadership gaps, and emerging capability needs.

- Establish frameworks to measure ROI and effectiveness of talent programs.

Key Requirements - Experience and Education:

- MBA in Human Resources / M.A. in Psychology or equivalent degree / Masters from MHROD.

- Certifications in leadership assessments, psychometrics (Hogan / DISC), and development tools (360 Feedback).

- 10-12 years of HR experience, with at least 6 years in Talent Management / Organizational Development.

Key Requirements - Skills:

- Strong conceptual thinking across diverse talent and engagement areas with a solution-oriented approach.

- Ability to drive initiatives and decisions using diagnostics, data insights, and analytics.

- Expertise in branding, design, and creative visualization.

- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).

- Experience in managing vendor and partner relationships.

- Proficient in project management with the ability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
