Purpose:
Lead and drive end-to-end talent acquisition across campus hiring, leadership hiring, and corporate (lateral) recruitment, aligning hiring strategy with business growth and workforce plans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and execute TA strategy in partnership with business and HR leadership.
- Lead leadership and senior management hiring across functions.
- Oversee corporate/lateral hiring with focus on quality, speed, and cost efficiency.
- Design and manage campus and early-career hiring programs.
- Strengthen employer branding and build long-term talent pipelines.
- Drive recruitment governance, analytics, ATS effectiveness, and vendor management.
- Lead and develop high-performing TA teams.
Experience & Skills:
- 8-10+ years in Talent Acquisition with exposure to campus, leadership, and corporate hiring.
- Strong stakeholder management, strategic thinking, and people leadership skills.
- MBA / Postgraduate in HR preferred.
