Job Description - AVP (Talent Acquisition)
Planning & Execution:
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Forecast hiring needs and design short- and long-term workforce plans.
- Conduct market analysis to benchmark compensation and talent availability.
Talent Acquisition Leadership:
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for senior, leadership, and niche roles.
- Build and manage sourcing strategies through portals, social media, referrals, and agencies.
- Maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical functions.
- Partner with business leaders to align hiring with organizational growth.
- Train hiring managers on interviewing techniques and best practices.
Offer Management & Compliance:
- Lead salary negotiations and ensure alignment with budgets.
- Ensure compliance with hiring policies, labor laws, and data protection regulations.
Employer Branding & Candidate Experience:
- Strengthen employer brand visibility and reputation.
- Ensure a seamless and engaging candidate experience across all touchpoints.
Vendor & Agency Management:
- Manage recruitment agency and vendor relationships.
- Evaluate performance and ensure cost-effective hiring outcomes.
Diversity & Analytics:
- Drive diversity hiring initiatives across levels.
- Define and monitor recruitment KPIs (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, quality-of-hire).
- Deliver insights and reports to senior leadership.
Collaboration & Leadership:
- Lead the recruitment team to achieve operational excellence.
- Work closely with HRBPs, HODs, and senior stakeholders.
