- Campus Hiring, Lateral Hiring
- End-to-End Recruitment
- Manage the complete recruitment cycle from manpower planning, sourcing, screening, interviewing to selection and onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and craft accurate job descriptions.
- Ensure quality sourcing for niche NBFC roles (Credit, Risk, Underwriting, Collections, Compliance, Treasury, Product, Tech).
Sourcing & Talent Mapping:
- Use multiple sourcing channelsLinkedIn, job portals, internal databases, referrals, and networking.
- Create talent pipelines for critical and recurring positions across branches and corporate functions.
- Conduct proactive market mapping for mid and senior-level talent.
Stakeholder Management:
