We're Hiring: Assistant Vice President Talent Acquistion HRO.
Are you a seasoned Talent Acquisition leader with a passion for driving global recruitment operations? Were looking for an Assistant Vice President, HRO Operations to lead our Talent Acquisition (TA) operations across multiple geographies.
Youll play a critical role in shaping recruitment strategies, delivering hiring targets, and ensuring an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience.
Location: Noida.
Shift: ANZ; Starting from 6:00 AM IST Onward.
What Youll Do:
- Lead end-to-end Talent Acquisition operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and internal mobility.
- Develop and implement sourcing strategies to attract top talent globally.
- Partner with business leaders and HR stakeholders to align TA initiatives with organizational goals.
- Optimize recruitment platforms, including SuccessFactors Recruiting, ServiceNow, ATS tools, and Workday.
- Track and improve TA KPIs: time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, diversity metrics, and quality of hire.
- Ensure compliance with hiring policies, labor laws, and data privacy regulations.
- Drive continuous improvement, automation, and digital initiatives in TA operations.
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing recruitment team.
- Manage recruitment operations across multiple time zones and geographies.
- Use data-driven insights to guide decisions and improve recruitment outcomes.
- Identify opportunities to add value beyond SLA commitments and contractual expectations.
What Were Looking For:
- Bachelors or Masters degree with extensive Talent Acquisition leadership experience.
- Proven experience managing large-scale recruitment operations, preferably in shared services or outsourced environments.
- Hands-on expertise with SuccessFactors Recruiting, ServiceNow, Workday, or similar platforms.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with experience partnering with senior leadership.
- Deep understanding of end-to-end TA processes and operations.
- Data-driven mindset with strong Excel and analytics skills.
- Exceptional leadership, people management, coaching, and mentoring skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous, and high-growth environment.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Lean, Six Sigma, or quality-driven process improvement experience.
- Experience building client partnerships and working cross-functionally with sales and relationship teams.
- Proven ability to develop succession plans and continuously improve team performance.
- High self-motivation, energy, and flexibility.
