- 12-15 years of progressive experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably in high-growth tech/product organizations.
- Proven experience in hiring for scale-engineering, product, data, business, leadership roles.
- Demonstrated ability to lead TA strategy, large teams, and transform hiring processes.
- Strong data-driven decision-maker with proficiency in recruitment metrics and reporting.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, evolving environments with ambiguity and autonomy.
- Exposure to tools like ATS (Greenhouse, Darwinbox, etc.), assessment platforms, and sourcing tech.
