Assistant Vice President - Supply Chain Analytics & Business Transformation - CPG/Retail Industry

Role : AVP - Supply Chain Analytics & Business Transformation - ( CPG / Retail Industry)

Location : Mumbai

Job Summary:

- Transform complex data into actionable strategies to improve supply chain planning and performance.

- Utilize O9 planning platform to support demand forecasting, supply optimization, and scenario planning.

- Possess expertise in SQL, Advanced Analytics, Power Query, and VBA to drive automation and decision-making.

- Engage with multiple CPG clients, presenting data-driven findings to senior stakeholders for strategic decision-making.

- Collaborate across procurement, logistics, and finance functions to enhance operational efficiency.

- Lead automation initiatives and support transformation programs to improve scalability.

- Develop POVs on Agentic AI and Gen AI use cases to drive innovation in analytics applications.

- Manage and mentor analytics teams, ensuring high-quality delivery and execution across engagements.

Educational Qualification / Work Experience & Skills:

- Expertise in at least two of the following areas: demand planning, inventory management, S&OP, or logistics.

- Hands-on experience with O9 Solutions, with exposure to Kinaxis, SAP, or similar platforms.

- Strong analytical thinking, communication skills, and leadership experience.

- Ability to manage multiple clients in a fast-paced environment.

- Proficiency in SQL, VBA, and Advanced Excel, with strong data modeling and reporting skills.

- Exposure to AI-driven Agents within supply chain operations.

- Experience with Power BI/Tableau for data visualization and insights.

- Understanding of global supply chain operations and live data ingestion tools.
