Assistant Vice President - Strategy - Banking/Financial Services

Job Description :

Strategy will be responsible for driving strategic initiatives, business planning, market intelligence, understanding of commodity markets, exchange operations, regulatory framework, competitive landscape, and business transformation initiatives.

- Lead the end-to-end strategic planning process to define organizational objectives and ensure alignment across all business units for sustained growth.

- Spearhead business transformation initiatives by identifying inefficiencies and implementing process innovations that optimize operational performance.

- Direct market research efforts to uncover emerging trends and competitive threats, providing the leadership team with the intelligence needed to pivot or scale effectively.
