Role Overview:
Work as the CEO's execution arm to solve business problems, drive growth and ensure end-to-end delivery across sales, operations, tech, RMS and compliance. High ownership role with direct impact on revenue, efficiency and scale.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive growth initiatives across sales, revenue, acquisition and retention
- Own execution of strategic priorities and cross-functional projects
- Build and track business MIS, dashboards and performance reviews
- Identify gaps, solve operational issues and improve process efficiency
- Support pricing, GTM, partnerships and expansion initiatives
Success Metrics / KPIs:
- Revenue growth, activation and client acquisition metrics
- Reduction in operational TATs and error rates
- Sales productivity and funnel conversion improvement
- Timely execution of CEO-led initiatives
- Cross-team delivery quality and stakeholder alignment
Requirements:
- 5+ years in fintech, broking, consulting or high-growth startups
- Strong understanding of broking business, sales and operations
- Sharp analytical, problem-solving and execution skills
- Result-driven, hands-on and comfortable with ambiguity
