The new Talent GCC will be a central hub for global talent acquisition, leveraging cutting-edge technology and innovative recruitment strategies to identify, attract and engage talent from around the world.

- We are seeking an innovative and results-driven AI-Powered Talent Sourcing Team Lead to join their Talent Global Capability Centre. In this critical role, you will be at the forefront of modern recruitment, leveraging advanced AI and machine learning technologies to identify, engage, and attract top-tier global talent. This position is ideal for a proactive and tech-savvy team lead professional who is passionate about blending strategic human insight with data-driven automation to build robust talent pipelines for our company's diverse and evolving needs.

To be successful you will:

- Proven experience as a Sourcing COE Lead talent sourcer, with at least 10 years of experience with 2-3 years in a leadership . Must worked strongly on NON technical roles. Exposure to UK/ European market.

- In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience using AI-powered sourcing tools and advanced recruitment technologies.

- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic sourcing plans on a global scale.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable strategies.

- Exceptional leadership and communication skills with a track record of mentoring and managing a high-performing team.

- Proactive, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

- Knowledge of global talent markets and a deep understanding of diversity, equity, and inclusion in sourcing practices.
