Position Overview:

This is a strategic hunting mandate for a leader who excels at translating complex technology into enterprise-grade business outcomes. You will be responsible for penetrating high-value verticalssuch as BFSI, Hospitality, and Logisticssecuring new logos and establishing a foothold for proprietary AI orchestration platforms.

The role is a "zero-to-one" mission. You will initially operate with high autonomy, engaging CXO stakeholders to solve sector-specific challenges through agentic AI. As you establish market credibility and revenue engines, you will pivot to scale the vertical, building the teams and frameworks required for long-term dominance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead strategic new-logo acquisition across identified verticals, moving beyond transactional sales to consultative transformation.

- Cultivate CXO-level relationships, positioning the firm as a critical partner in their AI and digital evolution.

- Drive the end-to-end sales lifecycle, from initial discovery and value articulation to commercial structuring and closure.

- Collaborate with engineering and solutioning hubs to shape bespoke, industry-specific AI offerings.

- Influence the Go-To-Market strategy by funneling market intelligence back into the core product architecture.

- Scale the business vertical, evolving from an elite individual contributor to a leader of high-performing teams.

Education & Experience Requirements:

- Education: Bachelors degree required; MBA or Postgraduate qualification preferred.

- Experience: Proven track record in Enterprise Solution Sales or Strategic Business Development, specifically acquiring high-value accounts.

- Domain Expertise: Essential background in selling into BFSI, Travel, or Logistics sectors.

- Exposure: Experience in AI, Digital Transformation, or SaaS scale-ups is highly advantageous.

Essential Skills & Competencies:

- Technical: Expertise in Consultative Selling, commercial structuring, and AI-led business development.

- Leadership: Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build influence and eventually scale organizational structures.

- Behavioural: High commercial resilience, bias for action, and comfort navigating the ambiguity of a build-phase environment.
