Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Solution Architect at AVP level who brings a strong blend of technical expertise and deep insurance domain knowledge (P&C). The role focuses on designing scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions aligned with business needs and digital transformation goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Solution Design & Architecture:
- Design end-to-end, scalable, and secure solutions for insurance clients
- Develop architecture blueprints aligned with business, technology, and operational requirements
- Ensure high performance, resilience, and scalability of solutions
Technical Leadership:
- Provide technical leadership across solutioning initiatives and deal pursuits
- Guide teams on architecture best practices, frameworks, and standards
- Evaluate and recommend modern technologies, tools, and platforms
Cloud & Modernization:
- Drive cloud adoption strategies, migration, and modernization initiatives
- Work on integrations across platforms, legacy systems, and third-party applications
- Enable digital transformation through microservices, APIs, and modern architecture patterns
Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Collaborate with business, delivery, and consulting teams to ensure solution feasibility
- Participate in client discussions, RFP responses, and technical presentations
- Translate business requirements into robust technical solutions
Key Requirements:
- 12-15 years of experience in solution architecture and technical leadership
- Strong expertise in Insurance domain (P&C mandatory)
- Proven experience in designing scalable, secure, high-performance systems
Solid understanding of:
- Architecture frameworks (TOGAF or similar)
- Cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)
- System integrations and API architecture
- Legacy modernization and distributed systems
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Preferred Attributes:
- Experience in global delivery models and large deal solutioning
- Exposure to digital transformation programs in insurance
- Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset
