We're Hiring: Product Manager - FASTag for a Leading Digital Banking Platform

Qualifications: MBA from Tier 1 or Tier 2 Institutes

About the Role:

As a Product Manager for FASTag, you will own the strategy, roadmap, and execution for acquisition, activation, usage, recharge, disputes, and customer experience. You will work closely with internal teams, toll operators, and regulatory bodies to deliver a seamless and compliant FASTag experience.

Key Responsibilities:

We're looking for a Product Manager to drive the end-to-end FASTag journey-from acquisition and onboarding to recharge and retention.

What you'll do:

- Own product strategy, roadmap, and customer journeys

- Improve onboarding, activation, and recharge funnels

- Drive growth across issuance, usage, and retention

- Collaborate with partners, regulators, and internal teams

- Ensure compliance with RBI/NPCI/IHMCL guidelines

- Use data & insights to optimize performance and customer experience

What we're looking for:

- Experience in product management (Fintech/Payments/Mobility Preferred)

- Strong analytical and execution skills

- Understanding of FASTag or digital payments ecosystem

- Ability to work cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders
