Job Description :
- The Role involves a range of strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing the operational efficiency, fostering innovation, and driving growth.
- Each of these initiatives affects the workforce in various ways. To effectively manage this change and support the same a Business Transformational Change Hub has been established.
- This hub will serve as a centralized resource, providing guidance, tools, and support to help clients to adapt to the evolving landscape.
- By creating this hub, the organisation aim to foster a culture of resilience and adaptability, enabling organisations /clients to thrive amidst change while aligning with their strategic vision.
- Support all Business Transformation & Analytics in FP&A initiatives by creating and executing a comprehensive strategy customized for Organisations operations globally.
- Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of Business Transformation & Analytics projects, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and timelines while identifying risks and developing mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate with Senior Leadership and various stakeholders to ensure alignment on change management goals and objectives, ultimately enhancing employee and client satisfaction.
- Lead the development and execution of effective communication, training, and coaching programs to equip employees with essential skills and knowledge.
- Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of change management initiatives and report progress to leadership.
- Implement best practices in change management to continuously improve the effectiveness of the function.
Preferred Educational Qualification & Work Experience :
- PG / MBA /CA / ICWA with min 11+yrs experience working in a highly matrixed environment and the ability to partner across Functions & Geographies & Experience managing large teams.
- Experience in Business Transformation / Process Excellence & Analytics(Using Tableau / Power BI etc & GenAI) , with a focus on leading transformation initiatives across various dimensions and geographies.
- Six Sigma Trained
- Ability to influence stakeholders.
- Ability to manage scale and complexity.
- Actively innovate-seeking new answers, applying a Tech, AI and Data first mindset,
- Working in BPO / KPO / Management Consulting Firms or Large GCC's leading Business Transformation for the Organisation or Clients.
