About:
- Lead generation : Responsible for engagement with Selling Lenders to identify distressed assets to be transferred to Pegasus, subject to meeting required conditions, and for trust.
- Deal Execution: Preparing collaterals including detailed financial model, investor memorandum, valuation materials, data book with analysis & insights etc.
- Building relationship with Banks, NBFCs & HFCs at all levels. Analyzing, structuring and asset management of existing / new ventures.
- Deal evaluation, coordination for diligence & valuation, closure/execution (in compliance with policies & regulation) after approvals.
- Analysis of target Companies, Portfolios for investment, mapping of assigned segment (product, geography or industry group)
- Carrying out financial analysis and building Financial Modeling for the identified cases. Conducting Financial Due Diligence and Technical & Economic Viability (TEV) of proposals.
- Analysis of target Companies, Portfolios for investment, mapping of assigned segment (product, geography or industry group)
- Preparing Credit Approval Memorandums, Debt Serviceability Models and Projections based on client's financials.
- Execution of NDA along with guidance from Legal team, prior to initiation of due diligence.
- Validation of stress test results, VaR modeling, and testing.
- Proposal preparation for committee approval and resolving internal risk department queries.
- Identifying key risks and mitigants associated with the investment opportunity arising from due diligence.
- Responsible for ensuring compliance for respective portfolio Trusts.
- Post acquisition formalities including document handover.
- MUST HAVE experience of credit/stressed assets in ARC / Banks / NBFC / Investment Banking / M&A Advisory
- Strong coverage and network with all banks/NBFCs/HFCs
- Strong Communication, negotiation and Influencing / Pitching Skills.
- Financial analysis - analytical / presentation skills
- Proficiency in Advanced MS Excel
- Thorough understanding of financial statements, financial ratios, credit, portfolio construction, risk management & asset valuation and the macroeconomic.
