Assistant Vice President - SCM Digital Transformation & Presales

Experience: 11+ years.

We are seeking a high-impact professional to lead Supply Chain Management (SCM) digital transformation initiatives with a strong focus on RFI/RFP-led solutioning.

The role involves driving end-to-end transformation across planning, sourcing, manufacturing, logistics, and aftersales by leveraging digital, analytics, and automation capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead SCM digital transformation programs across demand & supply planning, procurement, inventory, logistics, and aftersales.

- Own and respond to RFIs/RFPs: solution design, effort estimation, value proposition, and business case creation.

- Translate business problems into scalable digital and data-driven SCM solutions.

- Collaborate with business, IT, and partners to define target-state architecture and transformation roadmaps.

- Support pre-sales, client workshops, and executive-level presentations.

- Drive adoption of emerging technologies (AI/analytics, automation, cloud platforms) within SCM.

Key Skills & Experience:

- Strong experience in SCM domain with exposure to digital transformation programs.

- Hands-on involvement in RFI/RFP responses and pre-sales solutioning.

- Knowledge of SCM platforms, data & analytics, and process optimization.

- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
