Assistant Vice President - Sales - Wires & Cables

Role & responsibilities:

- Oversees the complete operations of the entire Zone, ensuring the achievement of predefined sales and collection targets.

- This role involves expanding the distribution network to enhance brand availability and leading the team toward the broader goals of the business or company.

- Additionally, the role functions as the profit center head, responsible for maintaining compliance with working capital parameters.

Preferred candidate profile:

- 20+ years of experience in field sales, marketing Sales Excellence, in wires and cables or electrical industry with handling topline of the territory through managing team of people.

- Experience in managing channel sales and customer relationships in both B2B/B2C environment.

- Experience of starting a venture will be given advantage.

- Looking for candidates handling either entire South region or entire East region.
