Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, manage, and mentor State Heads, Regional Sales Managers & Area Teams across Maharashtra, Gujarat, and Goa.
- Drive overall sales strategy, revenue growth, and market share expansion for Tile Adhesive products.
- Develop and execute monthly, quarterly, and annual sales plans aligned with business objectives.
- Strengthen and expand the dealer/distributor network in Retail/Grey channels.
- Lead competitive analysis, pricing strategy, schemes, and market development initiatives.
- Ensure strong coordination with Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and Product Teams.
- Conduct structured team reviews, capability building, and performance assessments.
- Drive trade marketing activities, dealer meets, branding, and visibility initiatives.
- Monitor credit control, operational processes, and adherence to company policies.
- Represent the organization in key market events and customer interactions.
Candidate Requirements
- 15-20 years of experience in Tile Adhesive, Construction Chemicals (excluding Waterproofing), Epoxy, or Paints.
- Proven ability to manage large sales teams and senior regional leaders.
- Strong background in Retail / Grey channel sales.
- Experience handling multi-state operations with consistent business delivery.
- Excellent leadership, strategic planning, and decision-making skills.
- Strong analytical ability and stakeholder management capability.
- Candidates can be based anywhere in Maharashtra, Gujarat, or Goa but must be open to relocating to Mumbai.
