Location : Mumbai

We are looking for a business-driven leader to drive revenue, market adoption, and end-to-end growth of our flagship event-tech platform. The role acts as the strategic bridge between clients, product, and internal teams, ensuring seamless delivery and strong commercial outcomes.

Key Responsibilities;

- Business Development & Revenue Ownership

- Build and manage a strong pipeline across enterprise events and large-format engagements.

- Lead the complete sales lifecycle-discovery, demos, solutioning, proposals, and closures.

- Represent the product at client meetings and industry forums.

- Client & Internal Collaboration

- Partner with tech, operations, onboarding, and servicing teams for smooth delivery.

- Ensure clear transition from sales to execution.

- Product Strategy & Enablement

- Provide data-driven product feedback and help shape feature enhancements.

- Work with product and tech teams on continuous platform improvement.

Required Experience & Skills:

- MBA/PGDM or equivalent in Marketing/Business.

- 10-18 years in event-tech, SaaS, enterprise events, or B2B solutioning.

- Strong communication, consultative selling, and stakeholder management.

- Hands-on understanding of event-tech workflows (preferred).

- High ownership, analytical thinking, and a problem-solving, entrepreneurial mindset.
