We are seeking an accomplished AVP - Sales to lead residential business initiatives across key markets.

This role requires a high-performance sales leader with deep expertise in luxury real estate, strong business development capabilities, and a proven track record in managing high-value B2C residential transactions from sourcing to closure.

About the Role

The AVP - Sales will oversee end-to-end sales operations for luxury residential projects, including client acquisition, relationship management, deal negotiation, and business expansion.

The role also involves collaboration with cross-functional teams for marketing, sales enablement, and strategic business planning, ensuring market-leading positioning and client engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Client Acquisition

- Identify, establish, and nurture relationships with HNI/NRI clients, channel partners, stakeholders, and industry networks.

- Drive new business opportunities through proactive outreach, market intelligence, and partnership building.

- Develop strategies to expand market presence and drive consistent lead generation.

Sales Leadership & P&L Management

- Manage end-to-end residential sales operations for designated markets.

- Oversee P&L responsibilities, revenue targets, forecasting, and sales planning.

- Maintain and grow key accounts by deeply understanding client needs and offering customised solutions.

Stakeholder Engagement & Cross-Functional Collaboration

- Work closely with marketing, product, operations, CRM, and finance teams to ensure cohesive execution of business strategies.

- Collaborate on creating high-impact sales presentations, proposals, and client-facing materials.

- Ensure alignment between sales initiatives and organisational goals.

Client Presentation & Deal Closure

- Lead client meetings, presentations, and site visits with strong consultative selling skills.

- Communicate value propositions clearly and persuasively.

- Drive deal negotiation and closure while ensuring exceptional client experience.

Market Intelligence & Brand Representation

- Represent the organisation at industry events, conferences, and networking forums.

- Act as a brand ambassador to enhance visibility and build market credibility.

- Track market trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences to refine sales strategies.

Candidate Requirements

- Proven track record in luxury residential sales in the real estate industry (B2C).

- 10+ years of experience in high-value real estate sales, business development, or related functions.

- Strong presentation, communication, and consultative selling skills.

- Ability to establish rapport with HNI/NRI clients and senior stakeholders.

- Highly self-motivated, target-driven, and business-focused.

- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to manage relationships at all levels.

- Willingness to travel across regions for client meetings, project visits, and industry events.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and evolving business environment.

- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
