Purpose of Job : The role is to develop marketing activities and drive sales for Smart Lighting portfolio in India. Key Responsibilities : - Serve as the lead point of contact for all customers - Develop and maintain trusted and long-lasting relationships with customer - Generate new leads, identify and contact decision-makers, screen potential business opportunities and promote company products - Develop strategic partners / clients such as OEM, EPC, electrical contractors, architects and consultants - Prepare proposals, pitch decks, technical and commercial offers - Plan lighting systems considering technical, economic and scheduling risks - Provide technical customer support Requirements : - At least 10 years of experience in sales in Lighting / LED business is required - Engineering Degree (BTech/MTech/MEng) in electrical / electronic engineering discipline is preferred - Large experience in project sales for LED street lighting with institutional clients (university campuses, industrial parks, residential complexes, hotels, airports, etc. and Smart Cities) - Experience in working with architects and consultants - Good project management and organization skills - Excellent communication, presentation, relationship management, strong writing, documentation, and interpersonal skills - Willing to travel extensively as required within the country Job Details : The position is located in Noida / Delhi NCR. The person will report to the Executive Management. The position involves a strong element of travel within India. A competitive compensation, which includes a base salary and a performance-based bonus, will be offered.
