As an Institutional Equity Sales professional, you will be the bridge between our research & trading teams and institutional investors-mutual funds, pension funds, insurance companies, Family Offices, and domestic asset managers etc.

The role is to generate revenue by originating and executing equity trades, communicating investment ideas, building deep client relationships, and ensuring best-in-class service.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Coverage & Relationship Management:

- Proactively cover institutional clients across India, maintaining regular contact and understanding their portfolio objectives.

- Cultivate new relationships with emerging asset managers and global investors looking at Indian equities.

Idea Generation & Communication:

- Translate proprietary research and market views into concise, compelling sales pitches, daily strategy notes, and sector thematic calls.

- Host client calls, webinars and roadshows for key sectors and major corporate visits.

Regulatory Compliance & Risk Controls:

- Adhere strictly to SEBI guidelines, internal policies and best-execution standards.

- Ensure all client communications, disclosures and research approvals are logged and compliant.
