Key Responsibilities:
1. Enterprise Sales Leadership
- Own end-to-end sales cycle across products and services
- Identify and acquire new enterprise accounts across banks, NBFCs, fintechs, and insurers.
- Build CXO-level relationships to drive strategic partnerships and long-term value creation.
- Design and execute account strategies to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets.
2. Team & Pipeline Management
- Lead and mentor a team of sales and account managers to ensure consistent pipeline growth.
- Forecast revenue, track KPIs, and ensure disciplined sales operations using CRM tools.
- Collaborate closely with product, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure seamless handover and client satisfaction.
3. Strategic Expansion & Market Intelligence
- Identify whitespace opportunities across risk, fraud, and credit intelligence domains.
- Drive upsell and cross-sell initiatives across existing strategic accounts.
- Stay updated on regulatory trends, industry shifts, and competitor movements in the RegTech and financial data ecosystem.
