Position: AVP - Sales & Business Development (Europe Market - Wind Energy)

Location: Thane, Mumbai

Experience: 5 years in Wind Energy OEM Sales

Industry: Industrial OEMs / Wind Energy / Fasteners / Bearings / Machined Components / Automotive

About the Role:

We're seeking an experienced AVP - Sales & BD to lead our European market expansion, focusing on Wind Energy OEMs. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in B2B technical sales, business development, and managing key accounts in the manufacturing sector.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and grow sales with existing Wind OEMs - scheduling, RFQs, costing, CRM, portfolio expansion.

- Drive new business development - identify and convert new OEMs via networking, outreach, and exhibitions.

- Lead product development initiatives to diversify offerings for current clients.

- Represent the company at global wind energy exhibitions and build brand visibility.

Key Requirements:

- B.E/B.Tech in Mechanical / Production / Automobile; MBA is a plus.

- Minimum 8 years of overall experience, with 5+ years in Wind Energy OEM sales.

- International BD experience in Europe is mandatory.

- Strong technical knowledge of fasteners or related components.

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

- Prior experience in multinational or large manufacturing organizations is preferred.
