Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership & Revenue Growth:
- Develop and execute strategies to achieve organizational sales and revenue targets.
- Identify, pursue, and convert high-value business opportunities across industries.
- Build and manage a scalable sales pipeline with measurable ROI and growth outcomes.
Data Architecture & Technology Strategy:
- Design, define, and oversee enterprise-level data architecture frameworks that enable robust, scalable, and efficient data ecosystems.
- Ensure alignment between data strategy and business objectives.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to integrate cutting-edge technologies (AI, ML, Cloud Data Platforms, etc.
Client Engagement & Business Development:
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with C-level stakeholders and strategic partners.
- Serve as a trusted advisor for clients on data transformation, governance, and modernization initiatives.
- Lead business presentations, proposals, and solution demonstrations to win new clients.
Product & Go-to-Market Strategy:
- Contribute to defining and refining product offerings based on client needs and market insights.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to drive go-to-market (GTM) plans and delivery excellence.
- Analyze market trends and competitor positioning to inform product direction.
Team Leadership & Collaboration:
- Lead and mentor teams of data architects, sales leaders, and business consultants.
- Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and performance.
- Drive cross-functional alignment between sales, delivery, and product teams.
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Proven track record in enterprise data architecture, sales leadership, and revenue generation.
- Strong understanding of data management frameworks, cloud ecosystems, and digital transformation.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to blend technical insight and business foresight.
- Experience defining data-driven solutions and leading high-impact client engagements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors/Masters degree from a Tier 1 Institution (IIT, IIM, ISB, XLRI, or equivalent).
- Minimum 18 years of professional experience in IT services, consulting, or data-driven technology roles.
- Prior experience with Big 4 consulting firms or leading IT services organizations preferred
