Assistant Vice President - Risk/Corporate Finance

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced finance professional with around 10 years of experience in NBFCs, Large Corporates , Project Finance, Debt Syndication, Structured Finance, and Leveraged Buyout (LBO) transactions. The role involves managing end-to-end deal execution, including debt structuring, fundraising, and financial advisory.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and execute debt syndication and financial advisory mandates across sectors like Manufacturing, textiles, infrastructure, and specialty chemicals.

- Manage financial modelling, credit appraisal, and deal structuring for corporate clients.

- Liaise with banks, NBFCs, investors, and legal consultants to ensure smooth closure of transactions.

- Prepare information memorandums, pitch decks, and term sheets for fundraising and restructuring deals.

- Support equity and debt transactions, including LBO and project finance structures.

Qualifications & Skills:

- CA / MBA (Finance) with strong background in credit, corporate finance, and project advisory.

- Expertise in financial analysis, debt structuring, and investor relations.

- Strong communication, analytical, and execution capabilities.
