Assistant Vice President - Risk BRE - Bank

Job Description :

- Collaborate with stakeholders (Product, Policy, Credit, Technology) to gather, validate, and prioritize business requirements.

- Coordinate with technology teams managing FICO platforms for smooth delivery.

- Conduct end-to-end testing and secure necessary sign-offs.

- Lead go-live activities and support Change Control Board (CCB) clearance processes.

- Maintain consistent communication across all stakeholder groups.

- Contribute in re-platforming to migrate products from legacy BREs (BLAZE and Hotfoot) to cloud-based FICO platform.

- Oversee redevelopment of policy rules, eligibility criteria, scorecards, insurance modules, and Loan Origination Checklists (LoC).

- Drive strategic alignment of re-platforming with business objectives.

- Lead resolution of defects during UAT and post-production by engaging with stakeholders and ensuring timely fixes.

- Ensure business continuity and system integrity through effective defect management.

- Provide strategic oversight to BRE testing team to ensure test completeness and quality.

- Coordinate timely defect resolution and successful go-live of change requests.

- Ensure comprehensive test coverage across all CRs and readiness for deployment.

- Review policy requirements to ensure accuracy, completeness, and business alignment.

- Guide policy team in drafting well-structured and clear requirement documents.

- Act as liaison to resolve development-related gaps across teams.

- Ensure compliance with BRE Change Implementation Framework and governance protocols.

- Support audit requirements by managing data requests and addressing queries.

- Oversee internal control tasks including Key Risk Indicators (KRI) and Risk and Control Self-Assessment (RCSA).
