Assistant Vice President - Risk - BFS

Pre Disbursement Activities

- Ensure proper execution of documents and Highlight discrepancies to the Investment Teams, in line with transaction requirements.

- Ensure relevant approvals are in place for deviations in accordance with DOP.

- Prepare Condition Precedent (CP) trackers based on legal documentation.

- Review relevant documents to confirm compliance with conditions and highlight any discrepancies.

- Maintain document repository

Post-Monitoring Activities

- Ensure that CS documents meet the requirements of the transaction and highlight discrepancies to the Investment Teams, in coordinate with Risk Team.

Post - Monitoring Activities

- Periodically review CS documents and circulate updated CS trackers to relevant stakeholders.

Other Activities

- Oversee audit coordination and ensure timely and accurate regulatory reporting.

- Collaborate with the Risk team to ensure timely deal closure, refine processes to improve accuracy, consistency and efficiency, and implement control frameworks

- Participate in projects focused on streamlining processes and increased operational efficiency.

CS/MBA or equivalent qualifications/certifications
