Relationship Manager (RM) / AVP : will own and grow the credit card business for partner banks. The role requires strong stakeholder management, project execution capability and a deep understanding of digital onboarding, risk processes and card issuance ecosystems. RM will be responsible for achieving issuance targets, enabling new journeys and ensuring smooth cross-functional delivery.

Key Responsibilities

1. Relationship Management

- Act as the single point of contact for partner banks across Product, IT, Operations, Risk, Compliance and Marketing teams.

- Establish strong working relationships from GM to Manager levels to drive joint business goals.

- Conduct monthly business reviews and ensure alignment on key initiatives.

2. Issuance Growth & Business Delivery

- Drive monthly credit card issuance targets across digital, branch, and pre-approved channels.

- Identify growth levers such as simplified journeys, co-brand programs, VAS partnerships, activation campaigns.

3. Project & Program Management

- Lead end-to-end delivery of Projects.

- Coordinate with ISG Product, Technology, BI, Risk and Ops teams for timely execution.

- Maintain a structured PMO-style tracker for all partner deliverables.

4. Operations & Issue Resolution

- Work with bank and ISG operations teams to resolve onboarding, system and other open issues.

- Drive process simplification and reduce TATs to improve customer experience.

5. Analytics & Performance Monitoring

- Review issuance, activation, spend and portfolio dashboards to identify gaps and opportunities.

- Provide insights on branch-level performance, customer segmentation, and competitor benchmarking.

6. Marketing & Portfolio Initiatives

- Collaborate with bank marketing to run targeted campaigns for ETB, NTB segment and activation programs.

- Support customer communication strategies.

7. Compliance, Governance & Reporting

- Ensure all programs are compliant with partner bank policies and regulatory guidelines.

- Publish weekly MIS, business reports and leadership updates.

- Conduct product and process training for bank branches and relevant teams.
