Roles & Responsibilities:

- Primary Aligns the sales organizations objectives with business strategy through active participation in corporate strategic planning, sales strategy development, forecasting, sales resource planning, and budgeting.

- Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume, market share, and other key performance objectives.

- Provides leadership to the sales organizations management team, while fostering a culture of accountability, professional development, high-performance, and ethical behaviour .

- Establishes and maintains productive peer-to-peer relationships with customers and prospects.

- Responsible for developing sales strategies and setting target.

- Responsible for networking with major industry players, identifying the corporate clients.

- Responsible for all client communications, conflict resolution, and compliance on client deliverables and revenue.

- Identifies the opportunity & problem areas, preparing the action plan for achieving the key sales figures and presenting the Sales reports.

- Responsible for monitoring and analysis of key data of the region allocated including sales figures.

- Escalate customer issues, process differences and pain points in a timely manner.

- Maintains strong relationship with the clients.

- Responsible for generating business from new accounts and have the capability to drive and lead customer relationships in existing accounts.

- Develop strategies to cross-sell / up-sell to existing accounts and also open new accounts.

- Build relationship with decision makers to open new opportunities in the existing account.

- Secondary communicates the client's goals and represent the client's interests to the team.

- Responsible for service delivery ensuring client retention and references.

- Ensures that client issues are resolved in an efficient manner.

- Adhere to defined sales processes and maintain/grow the funnel as per organizational growth plans.

KPI 1:

- Sales Turnover.

- Net Profit Margin.

- New customer acquisition index.

- Customer churn rate Competency capability.

KPI 2:

- Key account retention Billing rate growth.

- Customer satisfaction survey Upselling success rate.

- Cross selling success rate.

KPI 3:

- Cost of customer acquisition.

- Target lead acquisition cost
