Required Skills: - 8-10 years of direct management, leading large teams including reportees in leadership roles. - MBA or other relevant advanced degree is a plus. - Passion for coaching, mentoring and developing high-performing teams. - Experience working in a fast-scaling tech-ops environment would be beneficial. - Proven ability to manage competing priorities, drive complex projects and implement organizational change. - Effectively convey strategic direction across all levels, including senior leadership. - Experience in business process design and scalable execution. - Thrive in a lean, fast-paced setting while building structures for rapid scale.
