Core Responsibilities:
- To setup & lead the Projectmangagemet team in creating the landmark projects.
- Ensuring adequate manpower & resources are deployed in the construction site to meet the work schedule as per the plan.
- Ensuring that correct and best Civil Engineering practices are being followed by the team.
- Make sure internal standards as per the Quality Management system are implemented in each & every step of construction process.
- Conducting regular Toolbox talks with the team to abreast the latest engineering techniques.
- Ensuring complete Drawings/Bills/MIS Reports are maintained.
- Co-ordinating with various inter departmental stake holders for smooth flow of work & information.
- Ensuring construction is happening as per the design & coordinating with various external stake holders for various inputs.
- Ensuring all the required Men & Machinery is available for smooth functioning of the construction team.
- Keeping the complete team on the high motived spirit for successful completion of the iconic projects and for creating the positive experience for all the stakeholders involved in the project.
- Preparation of the work schedules, Budgets for the present & upcoming projects.
- Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.

Qualifications:
- BE in Civil with 20+ years of work experience in creating various landmark residential buildings.
- Demonstrable experience in leading and managing complete construction team for successfully delivering the projects.
- Ability to Manage/Control various External Vendors, Consultants, Contractors for the benefit of the organisation.
- Ability to take decisions & conflict resolution capabilities.
- Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in construction & project management.
