Role Description:
You will be joining the Relationship & Transaction Management (RTM) Projects & Processes team within a leading global Corporate Bank. This newly formed global function is responsible for driving transformation, continuous improvement, risk remediation, and talent development across the RTM division. You will work with senior management and partners across the bank to address top priorities by fostering collaborative thinking and leading strategic change. In partnership with global project teams, you will lead and execute high-impact initiatives that shape the future of the function.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Drive key strategic initiatives on behalf of the global Relationship & Transaction Management (RTM) function.
- Work closely with RTM, Product, Technology, and Operations teams to establish and deliver on key global priorities.
- Design and implement a robust program governance structure, ensuring clear sponsorship and engagement from senior management and operating levels across the 1st and 2nd Lines of Defense.
- Apply hands-on experience in process mapping, gap analysis, and process standardization to enhance operational efficiency.
- Prepare and deliver crisp, executive-level status updates for internal and external stakeholders, including senior management and governance forums.
- Ensure end-to-end project success, from initial conception and planning through to final implementation and benefits realization.
- Manage multiple complex analyses simultaneously, formulating tailored recommendations and presenting them in a structured, actionable manner to management.
- Proactively research and develop best practices to contribute to the continuous development of the RTM function.
- Define and implement effective problem-solving procedures and project methodologies.
- Develop strong professional relationships and provide coaching/mentoring to junior team members and partners across the business.
Your Skills and Experience:
- A minimum of 12 years of proven experience within the corporate banking domain, with a strong background in program management, business transformation, and risk management.
- Demonstrated leadership and management abilities to lead front-to-back transformation and risk/regulatory programs, with a proven track record of engaging and influencing senior stakeholders.
- Proficient understanding of Corporate Banking products, services, and supporting systems.
- A client-centric mindset, ensuring every decision prioritizes client impact.
- Excellent analytical capabilities and conceptual thinking, with a strong aptitude for decision-making and creative problem-solving.
- Highly motivated, self-reliant, and structured, with a strong willingness to take ownership and the ability to deliver the highest quality outcomes under time pressure.
- Meticulous attention to detail with a proven ability to detect, troubleshoot, and resolve issues effectively.
- Adept at building and maintaining strong, collaborative relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders.
- A strong team player, able to work effectively in virtual global teams and navigate a complex matrix organization.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
