Job opportunity for Project Advisory And Structured Finance Manager with Investment Banking Firm.

Location: Mumbai.

Experience: 8-12 years.

Qualification: Full-time MBA (Finance) from a reputed Top B-School / CA.

Role:

Lead and manage Project Finance, Infrastructure & Corporate Finance Advisory transactions from origination to closure.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead a team of 6-8 Corporate Finance professionals.

- Originate and execute complex financial transactions across product lines.

- Manage client relationships and develop profitable business opportunities.

- Drive financial structuring, fund raising, syndication, valuation and acquisition advisory.

- Ensure quality execution, documentation and timely transaction closure.

- Develop innovative client solutions and mentor team members.

Key Skills:

- Strong financial modelling, analytical, presentation and communication skills.

- Relevant experience in financial institutions, large lenders or financial advisory firms.

- Exposure to Infrastructure, Core Sectors, Start-ups, M&A or PE is an advantage.
