Job Summary:

Part of team engaged in large and medium sized Project Finance, Infrastructure Advisory and Finance, Corporate Finance Advisory for Private and Government agencies involving Project appraisal, feasibility analysis, market analysis, capital & operating cost analysis, structuring of capital, Arrangement & Syndication of funds, Valuation and acquisition advisory, from origination to closure of the transaction.

Job Responsibilities:

- Responsible for developing and managing a team of product managers and industry specialists within the corporate finance division on a regional/industry basis.

- Originate business across all product lines. Handles complex financial arrangements and markets pricing decisions.

- Develops profitable relationships with clients in conjunction with the corporate banking division.

- Develop proactive ideas in client delivery, Ensure good quality deal and documentation is done.

- Imparts product knowledge to subordinates and peers in the other areas of the Company.

- Execute and Close transactions.

- Typically manages a team of 6 to 8 Corporate Finance Professionals.

Must-Have Requirements:

- CA / MBA (Finance) / CFA

- 8-10 years of experience

- Knowledge of financial modelling, Presentation & Communication skills.

- Domain knowledge and experience in Infrastructure, Core sectors and start up ecosystem

- Experience in M&A and PE

Must-Haves for AVP (over and above the Manager role):

- Experience leading end-to-end transactions independently.

- Business origination and client acquisition experience.

- Strong client-facing exposure with promoters, CXOs, PE/VC funds, investors, or government agencies.

- Experience managing or mentoring junior team members.

- Ability to independently drive negotiations and deal closures.

- Strong commercial acumen with exposure to transaction structuring, fund raising, syndication, or M&A.

- Excellent presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

- Must be CA/CFA/MBA from reputed college

Role Overview:

This is NOT a Project Finance Lending or DCM role. The client is looking for professionals who have worked on Project Advisory, Infrastructure Advisory, Corporate Finance Advisory, M&A, Valuation, and Transaction Advisory assignments. Candidates should have advised clients on projects, rather than only financing or lending to them.

Must-Have Experience:

- 8-10 years of relevant experience.

- CA / MBA (Finance) / CFA preferred.

- Strong financial modelling skills.

- Experience in Infrastructure/Core sectors (Renewables, Roads, Ports, Airports, Power, Urban Infrastructure, etc.).

- Exposure to M&A, PE, Fund Raising, Valuation, or Corporate Finance Advisory.

- End-to-end transaction execution from origination to closure.

- Excellent presentation and client-facing skills.
