AVP Products Strategy & Investor Relations

Key Responsibilities :

- Support new product/fund strategy initiatives through market research, financial analysis, structuring, and execution

- Assist leadership with MIS, budgeting, operational analytics, and strategic decision-making

- Coordinate end-to-end setup and launch of AIFs/PMS schemes, including documentation and regulatory readiness

- Partner with sales and investment teams for fund launch and fundraising support

- Drive business planning, board meeting coordination, regulatory compliances, and process enhancement initiatives

- Support investor fundraising activities including pitch decks, due diligence, investor agreements, and related documentation

- Act as SPOC for investor communications including fund updates, drawdowns, distributions,

and reporting

- Institutionalize investor reporting frameworks and ensure compliance-related coordination

- Support execution of investor engagement initiatives and relationship management

Requirements :

- Strong understanding of financial concepts, reporting, and business analytics

- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, AI tools, and financial/data analysis tools

- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and multitasking abilities

- High ownership mindset with strong execution and attention to detail

Preferred Background :

- MBA/PGDM, CA, or CFA (all levels cleared preferred)

- Prior experience in Alternatives (AIF/PMS), Product Strategy, Investor Relations, or

Fundraising support preferred
