Assistant Vice President - Product Solution

Responsibilities:

- Develop customized API-led product solutions to address specific business challenges.

- Lead end-to-end solutioning for complex enterprise and banking use cases.

- Drive the Bank as a Merchant' initiative by collaborating with partner banks to enable direct merchant integration.

- Facilitate merchant onboarding, payment collections, and digital product delivery infrastructure.

- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, engineering, and operations teams to ensure smooth execution.

- Manage client engagements, including demos, proof-of-concepts, integration planning, and post-launch success tracking.

Requirements:

- 6-9 years of experience in fintech, digital banking, product consulting, or pre-sales roles.

- Solid grasp of payment systems, banking APIs, collections workflows, and reconciliation mechanisms.

- Proven ability to communicate value propositions effectively to CXOs, product leaders, and technical stakeholders.

- Prior experience with banking technology providers or SaaS platforms is highly desirable.

- Strategic thinker with a strong execution mindset and excellent communication skills.
