Role Overview

- We are hiring an AVP - Product Process to build and scale a world-class diaper product from the ground up.

- This is an end-to-end ownership role covering product design, raw materials, machinery selection, and factory execution, with direct exposure to global manufacturing ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities

- Define diaper construction architecture (absorbency, leakage, fit, comfort)

- Optimize raw materials (SAP, pulp, non-woven, ADL, elastics)

- Lead selection & commissioning of diaper production lines

- Work with OEMs and global factoriesEstablish testing protocols (absorbency, rewet, leakage, etc.)

- Establish testing protocols (absorbency, rewet, leakage, etc.)

- Ensure BIS & global quality compliance

- Drive innovation, benchmarking, and cost engineering

Ideal Candidate

-10-15+ years in diaper / absorbent hygiene manufacturing

Strong expertise in:

- Diaper construction & materials

- Production line machinery

- Factory collaboration (China preferred)
