Job Description:
This role blends product management, product marketing, adoption, and revenue ownership, with a strong focus on product-led growth (PLG), activation, and scalable GTM strategies across SaaS and payments.
The incumbent will partner closely with Engineering, Business Development, Marketing and Client Delivery to drive customer-centric innovation, market expansion, and sustainable revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Development & Lifecycle Management:
- Lead product discovery, requirements definition, prioritization, and launch of new products and features.
- Translate customer needs into clear PRDs, success metrics, and adoption plans.
- Partner with Engineering to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing platforms.
Product Adoption & Growth:
- Own activation, engagement, and retention metrics across the product funnel.
- Design and execute product-led growth initiatives, onboarding journeys, and in-product nudges.
- Improve funnel efficiencies from acquisition to activation to revenue realization.
Go-To-Market (GTM) & Product Marketing:
- Lead GTM strategy for new launches including positioning and messaging.
- Enable BD.
- CD teams with use-case narratives, and competitive insights.
- Build customer credibility through case studies, testimonials, and SaaS review platforms.
Revenue & Business Ownership:
- Drive revenue growth through low-touch account management, churn prevention, upsell, and cross-sell strategies.
- Monitor product P&L, unit economics, and ROI for new initiatives.
- Support leadership with data-driven insights for strategic decisions.
Cross-functional Leadership:
- Collaborate with Engineering, Business Development, Marketing and Client Delivery to ensure alignment on growth goals.
- People Management & Mentorship
- Foster a culture of customer obsession, experimentation, and continuous learning.
- Mentor the team and drive best practices across teams
