Strategic Leadership:
- Define and execute the overall PCG strategy in alignment with company's business objectives.
- Build and scale the PCG business with a clear focus on sustainable revenue growth and profitability.
- Identify new business opportunities, market segments and product strategies.
Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:
- Develop and nurture long-term relationships with HNI / UHNI clients, promoters, business families, and family offices.
- Personally manage key marquee relationships and act as a trusted advisor.
- Drive client acquisition through referrals, networking, alliances, and market presence.
Revenue & Business Growth:
- Own AUM, revenue, and profitability targets for the PCG vertical.
- Ensure high wallet share and client engagement.
Team Building & People Leadership:
- Build, mentor and lead a high-performing team of relationship managers, dealers and support staff.
- Set clear performance goals, conduct regular reviews and ensure capability building.
- Create a strong performance culture with high ethical standards.
Product & Advisory Excellence:
- Work closely with research, product and investment teams to deliver high-quality advisory solutions.
- Ensure suitability, compliance and best-in-class client experience.
- Provide market insights and guidance to clients during different market cycles.
Governance & Compliance:
- Ensure all activities are in line with regulatory requirements, internal policies and compliance standards.
- Uphold the highest standards of integrity, transparency and client trust.
