
Assistant Vice President - Presales - Insurance/Financial Services (12-20 yrs)
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the BD/CP, solutioning, and delivery teams to develop customized proposals, RFP/RFI responses, pitch decks, and capabilities presentations.
- Conduct research on client organizations, competitors, industry trends, and insurance technology to support deal shaping and solution design.
- Work with BD/CP, Delivery and Solutions teams to anchor client visits across all locations
- Build and maintain reusable content libraries (e.g., case studies, solution components, pricing models).
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop RFI responses for industry analyst research initiatives.
- Lead the initial deal qualification process by collecting key inputs and scheduling qualification discussions with internal teams.
- Participate in client calls and workshops to document requirements and assist in solution creation.
Desired Skills & Experience:
- 6-8 years of experience in pre-sales, business analysis, or consulting, preferably in the insurance or financial services industry.
- Strong understanding of P&C (Property & Casualty) insurance domain is highly preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to write compelling proposals and value propositions.
- Proficiency in MS PowerPoint, Excel, and Word and Visio; knowledge of tools like Miro, Canva, or Visio is a plus.
- Analytical thinking, attention to detail, and ability to synthesize information into structured outputs.
- Exposure to technology-enabled services, digital transformation, or insurtech solutions is a plus.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Insurance, Finance, or related field. MBA or insurance certifications (e.g., CPCU, AINS) is an advantage.
