Role Overview

We are looking for a high-impact Presales Leader to support and drive strategic deal pursuits across the Americas market. This role requires a strong blend of presales expertise, solutioning capability, and deep insurance (P&C) domain knowledge, with a focus on large-scale digital transformation engagements.

Key Responsibilities:

Presales Leadership & Deal Support:

- Lead and manage end-to-end presales activities for Americas-based clients

- Drive strategic deal pursuits, including RFP/RFI/RFQ responses and bid management

- Partner with sales teams to develop winning strategies and increase deal conversion

Solutioning & Digital Transformation:

- Design and position end-to-end digital transformation solutions for insurance clients

- Develop compelling value propositions, solution frameworks, and win themes

- Support large, complex deals with scalable and innovative solutioning approaches

Go-To-Market (GTM) Strategy:

- Contribute to GTM initiatives for the Americas region

- Identify market opportunities and align solutions with client needs and industry trends

- Support creation of reusable assets, case studies, and presales collaterals

Client Engagement:

- Engage with client stakeholders to understand business challenges and requirements

- Lead client presentations, workshops, and proposal defense discussions

- Act as a trusted advisor during the deal lifecycle

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

- Work closely with technology, consulting, and delivery teams to ensure solution feasibility

- Align internal stakeholders on pricing, effort estimation, and delivery approach

Key Requirements:

- 10-15 years of experience in Presales / Solutioning roles

- Strong background in insurance domain (P&C mandatory)

- Proven experience supporting Americas market clients

- Demonstrated ability to drive large digital transformation deals and proposals

- Experience in GTM strategy, deal solutioning, and bid management

- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Attributes:

- Experience working with global consulting / IT services firms

- Exposure to multi-million dollar deals and complex engagements

- Strong commercial acumen and pricing strategy understanding
