Expert in PreSales & BPM
The Pre-Sales Consultant plays a critical role in driving business growth by aligning customer needs with tailored solutions across BPM and technology services. This role combines technical acumen, business process understanding, and consultative selling to support the sales cycle from initial engagement to deal closure. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with hands-on experience in solutioning, proposal development, and client engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Solution Architecting
- Understand client requirements and design scalable, efficient solutions using BPM platforms and other technology services.
- Develop Rough Order of Magnitude (ROM) pricing and present Proof of Concepts (POCs) to validate solution feasibility.
- Proposal Development: Respond to RFPs/RFIs with customized proposals highlighting ROI, operational efficiency, and compliance requirements specific to local market dynamics
2. Proposal Development
- Lead and contribute to responses for RFPs, RFIs, and proactive proposals, ensuring alignment with client expectations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop customized solution narratives and value propositions.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Total experience should be 10-15 years
- 5+ years of experience in Pre-Sales, BPM consulting, or solution architecture.
- Strong understanding of business process modeling (BPMN), automation, and digital transformation.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with proposal tools, CRM systems, and collaboration platforms.
