Role Overview:

We have an exciting opportunity for an AVP - Planning & Budgetary Control with a leading Life Insurance organization. The role focuses on financial analysis, budgeting, reporting, and driving business performance insights.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support budget preparation, review, and analysis of key business performance parameters including premium, persistency, claims ratio, and cost metrics

- Conduct variance analysis for P&L and other business indicators

- Perform competitive analysis within the life insurance sector

- Prepare MIS reports and presentations for management and business reviews

- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance delivery quality

Key Requirements:

- Strong understanding of financial fundamentals, preferably within the life insurance domain

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint

- Strong communication and presentation skills
