Responsibilities: - Designing and implementing frameworks to manage operational risks across business verticals. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to assess, monitor, and mitigate potential risks. - Conducting risk reviews and audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. - Liaising with leadership teams to establish risk awareness and resilience within the organization. - Developing key risk indicators (KRIs) and maintaining risk registers to support the decision-making process. - Providing recommendations and reports to optimize risk mitigation strategies. - Driving the change management process for risk-related initiatives. - Staying updated on industry best practices, compliance norms, and emerging risks.
