- We are seeking a highly driven Regional Marketing Lead to play a pivotal role in scaling the brand and driving customer acquisition across India.

- This role sits at the intersection of national marketing strategy and hyper-local market execution, requiring a strong ability to translate strategic priorities into high-impact regional activations that directly contribute to business growth.

- The incumbent will work closely with leadership, regional business teams, and channel partners to build brand awareness, generate qualified leads, and support lending growth across key markets.

- This is an Individual Contributor role reporting to the Head of Marketing, India.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Customer Acquisition & Lead Generation

- Design and execute high-ROI marketing activations, events, and on-ground campaigns targeted at MSMEs and self-employed segments across key markets.

- Develop and implement regional acquisition strategies to drive high-quality lead generation for secured lending products.

- Partner with regional business teams to ensure effective lead management, nurturing, and conversion from marketing activation to disbursement.

- Build engagement programs with trade bodies, connectors, builders, and local networks to strengthen channel-led acquisition.

2. Regional Marketing & Brand Visibility

- Identify and leverage effective regional and local media channels to build brand visibility in key markets.

- Drive branch branding, localized marketing communication, and regional campaigns ensuring brand consistency and strong recall.

- Manage the regional vendor ecosystem, including empanelment, negotiation, and performance tracking of agencies and on-ground execution partners.

3. Planning, Performance & Stakeholder Management

- Manage regional marketing budgets and ensure cost efficiency with clear ROI tracking on all marketing initiatives.

- Own and track marketing KPIs linked to business outcomes, including customer acquisition, lead quality, and conversion rates.

- Collaborate closely with senior leadership, regional business heads, and sales teams to align marketing initiatives with lending growth targets.

Candidate Profile:

Experience & Education:

- 8+ years of experience in marketing, with strong exposure to ROI-driven acquisition marketing and brand management.

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related disciplines.

Sector Expertise:

- Prior experience in NBFCs, Housing Finance Companies, or financial services institutions.

- Strong exposure to secured lending products, particularly Loan Against Property (LAP).

Functional Expertise:

- Proven expertise in Trade Marketing, Regional Marketing, and BTL activations focused on customer acquisition.

- Demonstrated experience executing marketing strategies across diverse Indian markets, including Tier 3 and Tier 4 cities.

- Strong understanding of regional consumer behavior, local media ecosystems, and culturally relevant marketing approaches.

Additional Attributes:

- Established network of regional media partners and on-ground marketing vendors.

- Strong ability to manage multiple markets simultaneously with high ownership and autonomy.

- Willingness to travel extensively across markets within India.
