Profile Requirements:
- Strong understanding of luxury real estate and ability to drive HNI/UHNI customer acquisition through targeted catchment mapping and engagement strategies.
- Proven experience in high-impact marketing initiatives - print partnerships, barter promotions, award-led visibility, and premium brand activations.
- Open to candidates from other luxury sectors who have successfully created market aspiration and demand for premium products (e.g., premium hospitality ,Rolls-Royce, Mercedes, Volvo, Lexus)
- Should bring innovative thinking and differentiated marketing concepts beyond traditional developer approaches - given the ultra-premium positioning of our offering.
- Experience in designing campaigns targeting A-list clientele; exposure beyond South India and ideally international luxury markets.
- Track record of marketing/selling luxury properties/assets valued above - 15 Cr+ with strong channel understanding for impactful premium positioning.
- Considering the AVP band and internal CTC parity, we are open to evaluating high-potential candidates one level below current leadership, who demonstrate the right personality, maturity, and readiness to step up.
- If from outside real estate but aligned on skills and luxury mindset, we are willing to invest in real estate-specific training.
