Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Assistant Vice President - Marketing with 7-8 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in the education, e-learning, or compliance sectors. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that enhance brand presence, drive lead generation, and support business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with business goals and vision.
- Brand Management: Strengthen brand positioning through consistent messaging and impactful campaigns across various platforms.
- Content Marketing: Oversee the creation of engaging content, including blogs, case studies, white papers, videos, and social media posts, to drive brand awareness and thought leadership.
- Lead Generation: Design and execute lead generation campaigns through digital marketing, email marketing, SEO/SEM, and social media advertising.
- Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns to achieve desired KPIs and ROI.
- Market Research: Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitive landscape, and customer insights to inform marketing strategies.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and client services, to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with business objectives.
- Performance Metrics: Track, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives, making data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Vendor Management: Manage relationships with external agencies, designers, and other vendors to ensure high-quality and timely delivery of marketing materials.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- 7-8 years of experience in B2B marketing, with a strong track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies.
- Experience in the education, e-learning, or compliance sectors is a plus.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, content marketing, social media, and email marketing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in marketing tools and software such as Google Analytics and CRM platforms.
- Creative thinker with the ability to translate complex ideas into clear and compelling marketing messages.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making capabilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
