Assistant Vice President - Marketing - BPO/ITeS

About the Role:

Perfect Placer is seeking an Assistant Vice President of Marketing for a leading BPO or ITeS client. This role involves driving brand visibility, generating leads, and maximizing ROI through data-driven strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

- Serve as the primary people leader for marketing professionals across multiple disciplines.

- Drive a comprehensive marketing talent strategy including workforce planning, strategic hiring, and retention.

- Champion Event Technology and the Marketing Stack.

- Act as a credible internal customer to represent the marketer perspective when evaluating product portfolios.

- Champion Event-Led Growth thinking across the India organization.

- Build the GEO and AEO strategy for AI platforms including Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT, and Gemini.

- Own the day-to-day operational rhythm of marketing teams, ensuring reliable delivery against SLAs.

- Partner with HR, Finance, and corporate functions to champion site culture and employee engagement.

Qualification and Experience:

- 10+ years of progressive B2B marketing leadership within SaaS or enterprise technology organizations.

- Demonstrated success leading multi-disciplinary marketing professionals.

- Deep familiarity with Event Technology and the Martech landscape.

- Proven track record of driving AI adoption in marketing.

- Proficiency in analytics tools like Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, and Power BI.

- Exceptional coaching, talent management, and recruiting capability.

- Strong financial acumen and budget management skills.
