Description: We are hiring for a leading Exchange House, role of AVP Marketing
The role is to lead the marketing department while ensuring alignment with business goals, driving brand awareness, developing and implementing marketing strategies, managing budgets, and overseeing various marketing activities, including digital marketing, advertising, and brand management.
Role & Responsibility:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with business goals across channels.
- Build and manage brand identity with consistent messaging across all touchpoints.
- Lead digital transformation in marketing, including performance marketing, customer journey mapping, and Tech integration.
- Focus on growing audiences and the uptake for products and services.
- Consistently identify new or expanded revenue opportunities.
- Efficiently manage annual marketing budgets.
- Monitor, review, and report on all marketing activities, spends, results, and Return on Investment (ROI).
- Ensure all marketing activities comply with financial regulations and internal compliance standards.
- Facilitate market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape.
- Work with other departments, such as BD and Product Management, to align marketing efforts.
- Analyze marketing performance, track key metrics, customer insights, competitor trends, and campaign performance and facilitate data-driven decisions.
- Oversee social media planning and execution.
- Manage and mentor a high-performing marketing team, as well as agency and vendor partners.
- Ensure adherence to requirements of Regulatory and Audit Compliances, Risk Management, Accountability, Culture Framework, Code of Conduct etc of the Company.
- MBA in Marketing, Strategy from a reputed institute with 15 years experience in SEBI compliance and regulatory knowledge is must
